Puma has released its first ever collection with fashion imprint Maison Kitsuné - who's designs utilize a Paris-meets-Tokyo aesthetic mixed with the sportswear heritage of Puma. The collection doesn’t stray far from Kitsuné’s more simplistic creativity playing with earthy and neutral tones mixing quality utilitarian Tokyo street style with French upscale tailoring and classic silhouettes. 

The limited edition collection features a combination of both Puma's Fastcat and M.K’s 'Kitsuné' fox, layering the brands logos on a multitude of their pieces. Garments include oversized graphic and embroidered tees in black, white, French maroon and brown as well as a classic MCS Track Jacket in the Parisian flag palette. In addition, a set of Hoodies and a heavyweight premium cotton sweatpants roundoff the collection with everyday basics. A selection of unique accessories include large format waist bags in beige and black as well as an oversized fold-over backpack and a set of hats. As with much of Puma's 2021 Spring/Summer campaign, the Ralph Sampson 70 sneaker centers the collaboration with a unique spin - a mixed nylon and molded-rubber upper offering year-round wearability.

The Air Jordan 11 Retro ‘Legend Blue’ was last spotted in 2014 in its original mid-top form that gained popularity for its simplicity and of course its classic light blue detailing and resemblance to the classic 'Columbia' Retro 11. This Summer 2021 Season sees the sneaker's re-release dressed in the same white, black and 'Legend Blue' palette, this time arriving as an Air Jordan 11 Low. As for the silhouettes construction, the shoe is built with a white leather, mesh tongues and white patent leather overlays. Black accents the bottom tread, inner lining and logo typography along the middle of the tongue.

The 'Legend Blue' shade contrasts the design along the semi-translucent rubber midsole, tongue tag and Jumpman logo embroidery at the heel. Other details include a '25' mark on the insole, a nod to the original Air Jordan 11 'Legend Blue’s' 25th Anniversary which was debuted at the 1996 NBA All-Star Game.

Since its revival last year by Teddy Santis and his fashion imprint 'Aimé Leon Dore', the New Balance 550 silhouette has regained much of its popularity for its vintage basketball aesthetic. With much international attention under the spotlight, the brand continues to play with new colorways and interpretations of the classic retro model this 2021 Summer Season.

Three new colorways start off dressed primarily in a classic white leather styling with contrasting overlays along the side logo, outsole, collar and tongue. The first plays with a brighter 'Canary Yellow' hue, a bit more bold than the other two muted releases. The second, sees the same colored panels as the former, this time in a washed vintage sportswear-inspired 'Maroon' burgundy. Finally, the most simple of the trio, a Black iteration sticks with a darker neutral contrast. The BB550 silhouette also utilizes suede along the toebox for added texture in a slightly greyish tone for a vintage feel.

With the Summer Season around the corner, we see our brands' offerings adjust to reflect the upcoming warmer and drier weather. It wouldn't be Summer without a selection of Slides, and the first to arrive are from adidas and Yohji Yamamoto's Y-3 Brand.

Tapering off the label's techwear intensive Fall, Winter, and Spring collections, Y-3's latest footwear introduction is an all-new Yohji Comfylette Slide. Designed with a bulky statement-making aesthetic, the new slides offer a premium and luxurious feel pair with comfort borrowed from adidas' technology. Constructed of a soft neoprene, the slippers feature a raised platform midsole, tooled with a rubber outsole and cushioned red insoles. The Y-3 Slide sees a release in a 'Triple Black' with Red colorway, as well as a 'Clearbrown' grey iteration with a matching red footbed.

Falling in line with this Season's Air Jordan 1 offerings, the all-new Air Jordan 1 Retro High 'Patina' combines rustic and modern themes with its ultra-unique upper construction.

This iteration of the iconic AJ1 features an antique-like 'Light Army Brown' leather treatment on its toebox surround, eyelids, and Swooshes, paired subtly with a black tumbled leather on the midpanel, heel-cuff, and toebox. Contrasting the otherwise darker palette, is a "Shadow"-like muted grey suede on the heel, as well as hits of "Fresh Mint" Green on the stitched tongue-tag and insole, as well as the included additional laces.

Nike, no stranger to creating cohesive Special Edition collections unveils its latest pack, a 'Paint Splatter' themed set that includes a Blazer Mid '77, and Air Force 1 '07 Lows. Crafted in simple grayscale colorways, each sneaker in the offering features randomized colorful paint overlays.

The Nike Blazer Mid ’77 has new character brought to the traditional White tumbled leather base. The same artistic paint splashes are seen atop the beloved Air Force 1 Low silhouette in 2 new colorways, a White/Sail and Light Bone (Grey). The Air Forces are constructed from a premium leather upper and tooled with different colored Swooshes and matching 'Sail'-colored off-white soles. The standout detailing on each of the sneakers is of course the multicolored paint splatters that sit along the uppers, lacing system and midsoles.

A quick follow-up to Jordan Brand’s release of the Air Jordan 1 Retro 'University Blue' we saw last month, comes the beloved colorway atop the Air Jordan 4 silhouette. The mid top sneaker is constructed from premium suedes that are set throughout the upper that compliment the matching tonal University Blue laces, netting and the inner lining. Black specked 'Tech Grey' cement overlays dress the blue adding a nice contrast along the midsole, heel and eyelets. A white Jumpman tag at the tongue completes the exclusive design.
