FENTY x PUMA AVANTI

Global icon Rihanna and sports company PUMA have officially launched their newest product franchise together. Rihanna returns to the brand as the Creative Director of FENTY x PUMA with a multi-year partnership and several product launches in the pipeline. The return of FENTY x PUMA blends PUMA’s deep history and heritage in sport with Rihanna’s iconic stature as a leader in music, culture and fashion. The FENTY x PUMA Avanti, the first footwear franchise of the partnership, is an unconventional mix of two PUMA icons blending the high-quality leather design of the King football boot with the outsole of the heritage running shoe, Easy Rider.

The FENTY x PUMA Avanti is a fashion take on the football trend with buttery soft vintage leather, a fold over tongue with a debossed and printed gold-foil FENTY and PUMA CAT logo.  With a gum outsole and leather footbed, the details of the Avanti nod to PUMA’s deep history and heritage in the sport of football.  The black and white version is complimented by a chrome execution with laser etched logos and leather chrome details.

PUMA x KIDSUPER STUDIOS: SUEDE VTG

A continuation of their ongoing collaborative collection, footwear giant PUMA joins forces once again with Brooklyn-based KIDSUPER STUDIOS to unveil the all-new KIDSUPER Suede VTG, a heavily-modified version of Puma's iconic court sneaker.

Studio founder Colm Dillane puts his own spin on the Suede VTG this Summer with an upper constructed of an acid-wash like grey suede, embellished with yellow, blue suede overlays, and finished off with a purple formstripe, featuring a raw-edged exposed foam. Additional contrast is added to the grey sneaker via the brown gumsole and hits of green stitching. Pink tie-dye laces and some minimal co-branding complete the ultra-unique Puma Suede.

PUMA x RHUIGI: SUMMER 2021 COLLECTION

Rhuigi Villaseñor returns as lead-designer in collaboration with Puma for an exclusive capsule collection this Summer 2021 Season. Not only does it include a new take on the iconic Puma suede silhouette, but also unique new apparel garments to add. Rhuigi, known best as a creative and owner behind high-end streetwear brand - RHUDE, and brings his popular aesthetic to each of his pieces in the assortment. The Puma Suede sneaker features a premium material execution and construction as both leather and suede are combined across the upper. A unique additions to the silhouette include: a brown colored faux crocodile leather heel tab that adds a touch of luxury to the design, as well as a unique new wrap around leather mudguard/toecap panel. The classic formstripe logo on the side panel is dressed in a green hue that adds a perfect contrast. A set of fat laces tie back to the Suede silhouette's historical timeline.

On the other hand - the apparel takes on a mix of bold and neutral color tones, primarily utilizing a beige 'Oatmeal' color, as well as a deep 'Surf the Web' royal blue on many of its pieces. Tees, track suits and a button down shirt make up the collection also playing with the same tone of green matching the footwear pairing. The collaboration is then signed-off with a co-branded label on each piece.

PUMA x MAISON KITSUNE: SUMMER 2021

Puma has released its first ever collection with fashion imprint Maison Kitsuné - who's designs utilize a Paris-meets-Tokyo aesthetic mixed with the sportswear heritage of Puma. The collection doesn’t stray far from Kitsuné’s more simplistic creativity playing with earthy and neutral tones mixing quality utilitarian Tokyo street style with French upscale tailoring and classic silhouettes. 

The limited edition collection features a combination of both Puma's Fastcat and M.K’s 'Kitsuné' fox, layering the brands logos on a multitude of their pieces. Garments include oversized graphic and embroidered tees in black, white, French maroon and brown as well as a classic MCS Track Jacket in the Parisian flag palette. In addition, a set of Hoodies and a heavyweight premium cotton sweatpants roundoff the collection with everyday basics. A selection of unique accessories include large format waist bags in beige and black as well as an oversized fold-over backpack and a set of hats. As with much of Puma's 2021 Spring/Summer campaign, the Ralph Sampson 70 sneaker centers the collaboration with a unique spin - a mixed nylon and molded-rubber upper offering year-round wearability.

PUMA x KIDSUPER STUDIOS: SPRING 2021

Puma teams up with Brooklyn-based artist collective KIDSUPER STUDIOS, founded by Colm Dillane, to bring together a capsule collection full of fun graphic prints, bold color ways and unique artistic expression. The release sees an assortment of new apparel pieces as well as a fun take on the classic Puma Ralph Sampson 70, and Mirage Mox sneakers. From half-zips and graphic tees, to a full tracksuit ensemble, this collection bases many of its designs on a custom pattern showcasing animated faces as well as illustrated prints showcasing the design of the KIDSUPER mascot himself.

KIDSUPER STUDIOS taps into color experimentation as well, mixing neutral shades atop bright hues of pink, yellow and purple. The capsule not only experiments with color palettes, but also with mixed materials from a soft cotton, to shell lining, to the ribbon like fabrics on the tags. The set is a fresh take on Puma heritage styles and is perfect for the upcoming Spring/Summer Season.

PUMA x MICHAEL LAU MIRAGE MOX 'SAMPLE'

For their newest Spring 2021 collection, PUMA has teamed up with well renowned artist Michael Lau, an artist from Hong Kong who is known for his painting, sculpture and designer toy figures for the latest rendition of the Mirage Mox. The Mirage Mox X Michael Lau launching at SNEAKERBOX is a fresh take on the original Puma Mirage and features a whole new colorway.

The shoe is designed in a white and green color scheme, with a textile upper, leather overlays, contrasting colors, and cushioned midsole for all day comfort and support with a suede heel cap, and full lace closure to complete the design.The sneaker features leather overlays and some geometric detailing. The leather base is embellished with minimal suede patches and a red heel counter. Other details include braided nylon laces that match the block detailing and inner fabric lining.

PUMA x KYLE KUZMA x RHUIGI - CLYDE ALL-PRO KUZMA MID

The PUMA Clyde sneakers, inspired by New York Knicks legend Walt “Clyde” Frazier continues their rich history in basketball with the release of multiple colour-ways of the 'Clyde All-Pro’.

Kyle Kuzma of the 2020 NBA Champions LA Lakers is set to release his first collaborative sneaker with PUMA. The high-tech modern iteration of the Clyde Mid marks the debut of a new performance basketball line for Puma.

The classic Clyde silhouette is elevated with a mid-cut shape and thicker midsole for better support, the shoe was designed both by Kuzma and Rhude founder Rhuigi Villaseñor. The shoe’s upper is outfitted in a white leather base with black leather paneling and extra long laces which wrap around the ankle and through the heel tab. The retro sneaker is built with a gum sole, emblazoned with Kuzma's logo in the sock lining, features ProFoam+ for added stability and cushioning as well as PUMA’s lightweight Matryx material for speed and support.
