Returns & Exchanges
Please review our below policy and ensure your order and goods meet all necessary conditions.
Sneakerbox will gladly accept returns for regular priced merchandise within 7 days of confirmed order delivery or in-store purchase/pickup. For all returns, we will provide an Exchange or Credit (issued as a Gift Card or In-Store Credit after item(s) have been delivered and inspected).
For all online orders, return shipping, as well as any additional taxes, fees, and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow 1-2 business days after request has been submitted for return authorization. Returns (in-store or return mail) WILL NOT be accepted without prior written authorization.
Sneakerbox does not accept the return of any sale, discounted, or promotional items.
All Release Products are FINAL SALE.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be unworn, unused, and with all original accessories, tags, and undamaged packaging. Any products that do not satisfy these conditions may be rejected.
Additionally the following items are non-returnable:
- Gift Cards
- Shoe Care Products
- Single Use Products
In addition, in the event we reasonably determine that a purchased product that might be otherwise be eligible for return was ordered through the use of a robot, or other automatic device or software, we reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to refuse any such return, to refuse to offer any refund, and/or to charge a restocking fee (equal to 20% of the order subtotal).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Order deliveries refused by the recipient are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The original shipping fee, any return shipping costs, and a restocking fee (equal to 20% of the order subtotal) may apply.
