Please note, Nike (and Jordan Brand) products are available for purchase only within Canada. Any international orders are subject to cancellation.

Our shipping rates are as follows. Please note, all time frames provided are set by our Shipping Provider(s) and Sneakerbox is not responsible for shipping times exceeding these estimates.

All Shipping Rates shown are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD $).

Shipping Policy

Sneakerbox dispatches all parcels via Canada Post. All deliveries destined outside of Canada will be handled by your countries local carrier after passing through its respective Customs. All orders include tracking.

We do our very best to ship your item(s) in a timely manner, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be shipped. Once picked up by the carrier, you will be emailed a tracking number.

If, prior to dispatch of your order, you have changed your address or otherwise require a package to be shipped to a different address than the one included with your order, please contact us immediately. Sneakerbox may request additional information/identity verification to make changes to your order.

Undeliverable

Some orders may require signature upon delivery. Any orders neglected or refused will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Upon the receipt of a returned package, Sneakerbox will contact the original purchaser for arrangement of re-shipping (at an additional cost) or may provide the option to issue a Store Credit or Gift Card for the original purchase amount, less the cost of return shipping, any duties/fees, and a possible restocking charge.

If the returned order contains any items that are: sale/discounted/promotional/final sale, damaged in transit, or have been deemed unsellable due to delay in time between order and return, and the customer has not authorized the payment of re-shipping charges, Sneakerbox reserves the right to consider these orders abandoned without providing any form of repayment.

Damaged or Lost Items

Sneakerbox (J2 Clothing Inc.) is not liable for any losses or direct/indirect damage incurred to any orders after leaving our possession. Any issues resulting in transit are to be taken up by you (the purchaser) with the shipping company directly.

Taxes and Duties

For all orders within Canada, taxes (including GST, PST, and HST) are calculated and applied based on the Province of destination.

For USA and International orders, taxes are not applied to your purchase. However, duties and/or taxes may be applied upon or before delivery by the importing country. By placing an order on sneakerboxshop.ca, you accept full responsibility of any additional charges.
