In the newest iteration of the Air More Uptempo '96, Nike pays tribute to Scottie Pippen - the athlete who popularized the silhouette in the ‘90s. While the leather/nubuck upper settles for a jet Black finish, the sneakers most defining feature, the large AIR branding, alternates between a Chicago Bulls-inspired 'University Red' finish on the lateral side and an Olympic 'Midnight Navy' on the medial. A subtle 'Pip' branded heel further honors the basketball player and subtle Silver Swoosh logos finish off the shoe.
