New Balance's experimental XC-72, inspired by 70's concept cars, joins the Boston brand's range of sneakers getting the Nightwatch Green treatment. The colorless textile base utilizes TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers derived from renewable wood sources, which gets layered with pale grey suede overlays. The ‘N’ comes as the only touch of color, appearing in a seasonal favorite forest green hue, while the distinctive lugged sole rounds out the design in a gum finish.
